At A & C Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
